Hyungki Kim’s ladies eliminate one

Hyungki Kim engaged in a preflop raise war that eventually led to him and the button player all in. Kim had pocket queens and the db had pocket jacks. There board kept Kim on top the whole time and that was it, another player went bust.


Salud wins with Kings

Level: 5 Blinds: 100-200 Ante: 25

Kicking off the hand was an early position player who raised to 450, called by Yah Loon, then three-bet to 3k by George Salud. The initial raiser folded and Loon called. At the flop of 9 2 5, Salud continued and bet 5k. This sent Loon tanking for a bit until he eventually opted to fold. Salud showed his pocket kings.


Perez ousts one with a set of ducks

Bell John Perez entered a preflop raise war that began with a player raising to 1125 Perez three-bet to 4125 and he was called. At the flop of 2 4 K, both players checked to get a free turn card of 6. Action was checked to Perez who bet 3K to which an all in for around 10k was announced by his opponent. Perez snap-called and it was a showdown with Perez holding 2 2 for a set against J J. The river of 7 kept perez ahead and he railed one while taking all his chips.


Min-raise brings big pot for Taylor

Level: 5 Blinds: 100-200 Ante: 25

Lim Yo Hwan kicked off the action with a min-raise to 400 and five players called generating a nice pot in the middle. At the flop of 7 9 7, everyone checked to get a free turn card of K. Acting first was Bell John Perez on the sb seat who led out for 500. Everyone but George Taylor folded. On the river of 9, Perez fired out 2k, and Taylor called. Perez showed jack-ten for a missed straight while Taylor had king-8 for a pair.


Javalera vs Gonzaga

Jun Javalera is on his re-entry ticket and once again we saw him go all in on a board of 4 3 7 Q. He was called by Terry Gonzaga and it was a showdown. Javalera had 7 7 for a set against Gonzaga’s Q 7 two pairs. With the river of 2, Javalera doubled up to starting stack and Gonzaga fell to around 24k,


Falcon exits again

After contributing to Wally Sombero’s triple up, Michael Falcon was crippled down but found several pots to bring his stack up a little. Needing more, he engaged in a hand that had a board of 4 8 K in the middle. With action checked to him, he bet 1275 only to get check-raised to 6500 by Marc Rivera. The other player in the hand, Hyungkin Kim folded and Falcon moved the rest of his chips in the middle, 7175 to be exact. Rivera called and it was a showdown. Rivera had A 9 for a flush draw while Falcon had Q 8 for a pair. The turn of 10 gave Rivera the flush that he needed, and with the 6 on the river, Falcon was out again.

Bringley sends another home

Gerard Bringley collected more ammo for his stack after ousting a player with Q J against his K 9 on a board that had a king on the flop and a couple of clubs by the turn. With the shove happening at this point, Bringley called and won the pot with a red river card.


Tsuchikawa with a nut flush win

Too bad we missed the action but here is the board that Tetsuya Tsuchikawa doubled up in 5 2 6 Q 3. Tsuchikawa had A 4 for a nut flush. He now has around 28k.
