Nick Blackburn eliminated Lim Yo Hwan with A 10 versus 9 9. The board ran 2 A K J 3 giving Blackburn the higher pair.

At another table, Jun Saito called the all in of a lady on a board that was 2 Q 5 A. Saito had 2 2 against A J top pair with a nut flush draw. The river of 10 was not what she hoped to see and Saito won the hand while booting the lady in the process.


Sayo vs Karim

JC Sayo and Rebei Karim were back in a hand against each other which we caught at the flop A 2 J. Sayo bet 1600 and Karim called. At the turn of 9, Sayo bet 3k and Karim matched it up again. On the river of 7, Sayo checked to Karim who bet out 2k only to be answered with a check-raise to 6k by Sayo. This was good enough to win the pot as Karim folded.


Gonzales takes some from Hui

Late entry player Martin Gonzales is heating up the felt. In a hand that we caught on a board of 5 8 6 7, Yao Hui checked to Gonzales who be 3200. Hui called. The dealer burned and then revealed the river card of 8. Both players checked and Gonzales won the hand with his 7 6 against Hui’s A 10. Gonzales now has over 30K chips.


Loon eliminated by SJ Kim

Level: 7 Blinds: 200-400 Ante: 50

Not long after losing a big pot, Yah Loon moved all in with his remaining 5900 chips on top of SJ Kim’s raise of 850. Kim called and the hole cards were revealed. Kim had A Q and Loon had 9 7. The board landed and ace for Kim and Loon was eliminated.


A straight for Perez gains more chips

After a table break, Bell John Perez was moved to another table and found a spot to pick up more chips. On a completed board of 9 8 7 J Q and a pot of 25k already in the middle, Perez bet 5k sending Yah Loon to the tank. Loon called and Perez won with his 10 7 straight.


Perez triples up

Before the break, Bell John Perez lost a big hand against a player at his table when his 7 4 all in at the flop with two spades in it failed to produce a flush by the river. Having to make up the lost chips, Perez returned after the break and landed a triple up with his remaining 5900. He had A K on a board that ran 9 9 4 2 10.


Fujiya railed by Falcon

Yoichi Fujiya went all in preflop and Michael Falcon called. Falcon had A 7 against Fujiya’s king-queen. The board ran low and Falcon eliminated Fujiya.
