After losing a few hands in our previous reports, we saw Neil Arce take one down. With a limper behind him, Arce made it 500 and saw Jojo Tech make the call. The limper called for a three-way action on the flop K♥ 3♥ 10♦.
Tech bet 700, limper folded his hand and Arce flat-called to bring the turn 9♣. Both players checked allowing the dealer to board the river 10♥ where Tech check-folded to Arce’s 2,200 bet. Arce had 7♥ 6♥.
Gifted with pocket aces and a flop of A♠ 5♦ Q♦, Ash Lopez from the big blind led out with 800 and saw calls from the cut-off and the small blind (Simon Lim).
The turn A♦ made it even better for Ash, who now has quads. He led out for another 1,050 and got a call from the CO player as Lim folded. On the river 8♦, Lopez shoved but failed to get the call from his opponent. Perhaps a check on the river would have been better?
On a flop of A♦ 10♥ 10♠, Linh Tran added 550 to the middle and got a call from Tan Gay Peng. Tran added more on the turn 2♠ for 1,250 and river 4♦ for 4,500 and was called both times by Peng.
