Thomas Lind closes Main Event Day 1B at the top; 30 advance to Day 2

Another Main Event starting day in the books at APT Finale Taiwan 2019! Today’s Day 1B heat drew 70 to action at partner / host venue Chinese Texas Hold’em Poker Association. At the end of 9 rounds, only 30 survived with Sweden’s Thomas Lind bagging 135,000 for the chip lead. One hand that got him there was K K busting a player with A Q on a board 4 7 K J 8

The day also witnessed several pros and a couple of APT decorated champions make the cut: Lim Yo Hwan and Tetsuya Tsuchikawa. Day 1A chip leader Yuan Shyang Ting still holds the overall chip lead of 155,200.
