The agenda is to reach the money of 52 places then onward to a seat to the Final 8. The featured event has been running since September 13 attracting a Philippine series record-breaking 515 entries at host venue Resorts World Manila at the new Grand Wing. With buy-in at PHP 55,000,000 (~USD 1,100) the prize pool broke well past the guarantee (PHP 10M) for a much wealthier PHP 24,977,500 (~USD 480,000). For the eventual champion, PHP 5,185,500 (~USD 99,500) awaits along with the APT Trophy and APT Championship Ring.

Several events will join the Main Event on the floor. The Final 8 players of the No Limit Hold’em 1 Event return. 150 entered that event for a prize pool of PHP 2,619,000 (~USD 50,0000.
