MAIN EVENT PHP 10 Million Guaranteed Day 1B at 1pm today

The much-awaited MAIN EVENT P10 Million guaranteed heats up the floor of APT Finale Philippines 2018 at Resorts World Manila starting at 1pm today. This is the most highly revered tournament of the tour. Buy-in is PHP 55,000. Here’s a look at the schedule:

Day 1A: Wednesday, November 28
Day 1B: Thursday, November 29
Day 2: Friday, November 30
Day 3: Saturday, December 1
Final 8: Sunday, December 2

Each starting day plays a total of 8 levels. Each level runs for 60 minutes. Registration closes at the start of Level 10 in Day 2. Attempting for multiple stacks is allowed however only the best stack advances. (Structure in here)

Main Event Bubble Protection

Main Event Bubble Protection will be in effect. For those new to this fantastic APT incentive, players that have qualified for the protection will be protected during the bubble round. What that means is, if a protected player falls as the bubble, that player will receive one Main Event buy-in back in the form of APT tournament credits. To qualify, all you need to do is follow these steps:

  1. Pre-register
  2. Draw for your seat before starting time
  3. Have your chips put into play on the first deal of Level 1

*Players that qualify for bubble protection will maintain the status on the same day re-entry. For players wanting bubble protection on a next day re-entry will have to repeat the steps in order to be eligible.

2018 Main Event winners

This year has seen 8 winners awarded the APT Main Event trophy and APT Championship Ring. Filipino pro Lester Edoc won it twice. He is the series defending champion. Japanese pro Tetsuya Tsuchikawa won his first APT Main Event title last month in Vietnam. He is the tour’s defending champion. Listed below are the winners.
