Gaw shows another flush while Huerto takes the pot, climbs to over 1m

Joven Huerto won himself another pot that had Andrew Gaw folding a low flush. It began with Gaw raising to 35k from the utg seat, Huerto called, and so did the big blind John Sayo. At the flop of 6 8 8, everyone checked. At the turn of 4, Gaw bet 50k, Huerto called, and Sayo folded. On the river of 9, Gaw checked to Huerto who bet 70k, and Huerto took the pot without a challenge. Gaw showed his 6.

Huerto has over a million chips and is currently the chip leader.


Gaw recovers a little off Chen

Andrew Gaw may have lost a pot to Joven Huerto however he was immediately back in action battling for chips. He raised to 35k preflop nad was called by Guofu Chen. At the flop of Q[ac} J, Chen checked to the raiser who banged out 45k. Chen called. The turn of A saw Chen checking again and Gaw betting 80k. With that, Chen folded.


Huerto on the move, now over 800k

Joven Huerto picked some nice spots to earn himself two sizable pots. In the first hand, he called Guofu Chen’s raise to 32k from the big blind seat. At the flop of A 8 10, Huerto checked to the raiser Chen who bet 34k. Huerto called. On fourth street of Q, action slowed to a check as well as on the river of 9. Huerto won the hand with his A J straight against Chen’s pokcet kings.

After that win, Huerto followed it up with another win, this time against Andrew Gaw. Action kicked off with everyone except Jeremy Giam limping in while Lee Jongyeol checked on his big blind. At the flop of 3 A[qh}, Andrew Gaw checked, Ben Martin slid out 41k, Joven Huerto called, and when the others folded, Gaw called. On the turn of 9, Gaw opted to lead out and bet 67k. This was enough to get Martin to fold, then Huerto raised to 140k. Gaw re-raised to 227k, and Huerto quickly announced all in. Gaw folded. Both players decided to share their hole cards, both had a flush -Huerto had A 4 and Gaw had 5 6.

Huerto now has over 800k chips.


Gaw now at the million range

Andrew Gaw just passed the million chip mark in a hand against a big-stacked Ben Martin. Action folded to Gaw on the small blind and he raised to 38k. Martin called on the big blind. The board ran Q A[kd}, Gaw led for 55k and Martin called. On the turn of 8, Gaw continued and bet 120k. Again, he was called. The river of 8 saw Gaw sending out 200k chips, and with that, Martin folded. Gaw now has over a million chips. He is the current chip leader.


Gaw’s ace-high good for the win

Action began wtih Guofu Chen raising to 32k and big blind player Andrew Gaw called. At the flop of 4 10 9, both players checked. On the turn of 2 and river of 6, they continued to check. Gaw had A 7 which was good for the win.

Getting a little bit more action now at the final table. Jeremy Giam raised to 25k, Andrew Gaw called, and so did Ben Martin. At the flop of A K 6, Gaw and Martin checked to Giam who bet 45k. He was called by both. At the turn of Q and river of 7, everyone checked, and Martin won with his A 8 top pair. Gaw had pocket jacks while Giam mucked.


Giam loses a chunk, doubles up Chen-Chen Guofu筹码翻番!

Jeremy Giam has lost more chips after doubling up Guofu Chen. During the hand, Giam raised to 25k, Chen shoved with 237k, and Giam called. Chen had A 7 and Giam had A 10. The board ran 5 6 9 9 8 and with that, Chen doubled up with a straight. Giam now below average stack.

Andrew Gaw just won a pot against John Sayo and won another right after. He raised to 25k and Jeremy Giam called. At the flop of Q 7 5, both checked to get a free turn card of Q. Giam kicked off the round with a 45k bet, Gaw called. The river then landed K, Giam bet 80k, and Gaw called. Giam mucked before Gaw showed and Gaw won the pot.
