Annie Bordallo, the monster-stacked player at the felt, called William Kang’s all in of 114k and it was a showdown with Kang’s tournament life on the line. Kang had A♦ K♣ and Bordallo with A♠ Q♠. The board ran 7♦ A♦ 3♥ 2♥ Q♥ and with the river pairing up Bordallo’s kicker card, she landed a double up and eliminated Kang on the bubble. Kang availed of the bubble protection and will be awarded a consolation prize for his bust out in this position.

Ji Woon Kim went all in and Enriquez called with slightly less chips, putting his tournament life on the line. Ji Woon Kim had A♥ 5♠ and Enriquez with K♥ K♦. The turn of 7♥ and river of 7♦ kept Enriquez ahead and Ji Woon Kim dropped to 14k while Enriquez doubled up to around 240k chips.

She raised to 18k, was called by both Tone and Takayuki and the flop ran Q♣ 5♣ A♦. Bordallo bet 18k, Tone called, and Takayuki folded. On the turn of K♣ both players checked, then on the river of 9♠, it was checked again and she won with her Q♦ 9♣ two pair agianst Tone’s A♣ 4♥ top pair.

Mike Takayama has been below average stack for most of the day and at the bubble stage, he is down to only five big blinds. In a hand against Tran, Takayama three-bet Tran’s raise of 12k to make it 28k leaving himself 4k behind. Action swung back to Tran who tanked for a bit and then eventually called. At the flop of 7♦ 3♣ 10♠, Takayama checked to Tran who bet 4k, putting Takayama all in. Takayama tossed his chips in and opened up A♠ A♦. Tran had 3♦ 6♥. The turn of 8♥ and river of 4♠ were good for Takayama and he doubled up to around 80k.
