Another well known pro has fallen, Lester Edoc. On a turn board of 6♦ 9♣ Q♣ 10♥, Cho Byeong Jun went all in and Edoc with less chips joined him. Edoc had J♣ 10♣ for a straight flush draw while Cho had K♥ Q♦ top pair straight draw. The river of J♠ was not one of the outs Edoc needed and he was eliminated.

Kim shoved covering Razavi. This tanked the Englishman but he eventually called for his tournament life. Kim opened up K♠ 10♠ for a made straight at the flop and Razavi exited the Main Event.

The first player to ever claim two APT Main Event championship titles, Henrik Tollefsen, entered the main just before registration closed and was seen picking up some chips. Tollefsen raised to 2k preflop and got two callers to help beef up the pot. On the flop of A♠ 7♣ 10♣, Tollefsen bet 3400 and with that , he won the pot with no callers.

There were four players in this hand all staring down a board of 2♥ 6♣ 10♠. Everyone checked and got a free turn card of J♥. Toniyoung Degracia kicked off the action with a bet of 3500, Andrew Gaw called and so did Marc Rivera but Lester Edoc raised to 12k. Everyone folded and Edoc scooped up a nice bump to his stack.

Han checked again, Lee bet 15k, and this time Han went ahead and moved all in for a total of 28k. Lee called. Han had J♣ 10♦ for top pair and Lee had 9♠ 6♠ for a flush draw. The river of 8♦ was a good card for Han, keeping him well on top for a double up.

It was a doozy of a hand with two players representing very strong hands. After a raise war preflop that brought in around 12k in the middle, the flop landed K♣ 2♥ 7♦. William Kang checked to Mike Takayama who continued his hard-betting laying out 5100. Kang called. On the turn of K♠, Kang checked again and Takayama banged out 6400, and still Kang called. On the river of K♥, Kang checked, Takayama checked back, and Kang won the hand with his A♣ K♦ quads against Takayama’s full house with A♦ A♠.
