Unlike his previous run here, Kah Boon Teh has just been dealt his last hand of the Main Event. It was a doozy of a hand with lots of action starting with Tomoyaso Arai raising to 3200, Andrew Gaw three-betting to 8k, Teh pumping more in to make it 12.8k, and after Arai opted to fold, Gaw called and the flop ran 3♠ K♠ 6♠. Teh checked, Gaw bet 11.5k, Teh raised to 25k, and Gaw called. On the turn of 4♣, Teh continued his hard-hitting and laid out 30k, but GAw was not going anywhere instead he went all in for 34k more for Teh to call. With slightly less chips, Teh called an put his tournament life on the line. Gaw had K♥ 2♥ for top pair and Teh had Q♠ Q♣. The river of 4♦ didn’t help Teh and he was eliminated. Gaw now over 200k chips.

The pot grew when Iwamoto Takayuki raised to 4k preflop, was re-raised to 11k by Min Ho Cho, then called by both Soo Bum Kim and Iwamoto. On the flop of 9♥ 10♣ 7♣, action was checked to Cho who slid out a 19k bet, Kim raised to 40k, and with no takers, Kim won a sizable pot. Kim now has around 150k chips.

On the river of 9♠, Tsuchikawa checked once more, Tran made it 9k to continue, and Tsuchikawa folded. Tran picks up another to add to his big stack.

Okada led out for 4500, Tran raised to 12k, and Okada called. On the river of 7♠, Okada checked to Tran who bet a strong 26k. Okada obliged and called. Tran opened up 8♣ 8♥ for a full house. Okada mucked. Tran now over 250k while Okada falls to 25k.
