Kim folded and Malzanini was awarded a nice pot.
From the blinds position, Lester Edoc and Thong Botho both called John Sayo’s preflop raise of 6500. The flop was then dealt J♥ 9♠ J♦ and both Edoc and Botho checked to Sayo who bet 7k. Edoc called and Botho folded. At the turn of 5♦, no bets were made, and the dealer opened up the river card of 6♠. Edoc led out for a 5k bet, and Sayo called. Edoc showed his K♦ K♠ and Sayo mucked.
Early position player Terry Gonzaga raised to 7k and was called by both Jim Bonanno and Lester Edoc (bb). At the flop of 6♣ 5♥ Q♠, both Gonzaga and Edoc checked to Bonanno who bet 11k. That was enough for the win.
Tetsuya Tsuchikawa earned another sizable pot, this time against Harold Sonnenberg. During the hand, Sonnenberg raised to 7k from the hijack seat, then Tsuchikawa on the cutoff re-raised to make it 19k. Sonnenberg called and the dealer revealed the flop 5♠ 8♠ K♥. Both players checked. At the turn of Q♠, Sonnenberg checked to Tsuchikawa who bet 16k, and Sonnenberg flat-called. On the river of 3♥, Sonnenberg switched up and led out for 29k, and Tsuchikawa stuck with him and called. Sonnenberg mucked and Tsuchikawa won the hand without a showdown.
Renato Labadan went all in with his 13.5k chips left and big stacked Kwan Kit Kwok called from the big blind without looking at his cards. Labadan had J♠ 9♠ and Kwok had 7♠ 6♣. The board ran 8♦ 4♦ 9♦ K♣ A♠ and he doubled up.
Tetsuya Tsuchikawa saw a nice increase in his chips. He engaged in a pot with Byeongcheol Kim that began with a raise to 6k by Kim and Tsuchikawa calling on the big blind. At the flop of J♦ 8♣ 6♦, Tsuchikawa checked to Kim who bet 6k. Tsuchikawa called. On the turn of Q♦, Tsuchikawa checked again, Kim continued and bet 15.5k, then Tsuchikawa announced all in making it an additional 54k for Kim to call. Kim folded and Tsuchikawa won the hand.

From the cutoff seat, Lester Edoc raised to 5500 and Gerard Bringley on the big blind called. At the flop of 8♥ K♣ 5♣, Bringley checked to the raiser Edoc who bet 7500, then called. At the turn of K♠ they both checked for a free river of 5♠. Bringley took charge and bet 9500 and Edoc folded.
SJ Kim and Julius Malzanini tangled twice for a pot. In the first one, utg player Kim raised to 5k and bb player Malzanini called. At the flop of 2♣ 3♦ Q♥, Malzanini checked, Kim bet 7k, and Malzanini called. At the turn of A♣ they both checked and the river dealt the last card Q♠. Malzanini slid out a 4500 bet and it was enough to take the pot with Kim folding.
Next hand, action checked all the way to the blinds and Malzanini raised to 6500. Kim called on the big blind. At the flop of A♠[ah} 2♣, Malzanini continued and bet 6500, and Kim called. On the turn of Q♦, Malzanini bet again, this time 14.5k and Kim made the call again. On the river of J♣, Malzanini checked, Kim bet 24.5k, and Malzanini folded giving Kim a sizable pot.
