Seongsu Kong survives then falls

Level: 11 Blinds: 1K/2K Ante: 2K

Seongsu Kong was ecstatic after doubling up against Takao Shimizu with his Q J pairing up on the board A J 2 A 9 against 10 10.

His next all in though was not as fortunate with Madhav Gupta’s 10 10 denying his A Q overcards when the board fell 6 7 7 5 8. He still had a huge smile while exiting the area.

The next one, was Edoc all in with A J against Kwon’s A 5. The board ran 8 A A 9 8 for another split pot.

Whole lotta shoving going on…

He was called by decorated champion Tetsuya Tsuchikawa with 10 10. The board ran well for Shin K 4 Q 9 8, to keep him in the running.

At table 4, Czardy Rivera jammed his 26k preflop and won the blinds and antes.

At table 5, on a board 8 A 7 2 Q and a pot 13.5k brewed, bb Cao Ngoc Anh bet 9k, Lester Edoc moved all in for 37.5k, Anh folded.

At table 6, Tetsuya Enoki did the same, three-bet shove on top of Chris Mateo’s 4500 raise. No caller. On his next shove though he was called and Buddy Dungca sent him packing.
