The first was Ichiyo Niwa. He three-bat all in Kosei Ichinose’s 25k raise that Fu Bang Huang called. Ichinose folded but Huang gave him a challenge. Niwa 10♣ 10♠ and Huang 6♣ 7♣ . The board ran 6♥ 5♠ Q♣ 8♦ 8♥. Niwa shipped it.
The next double up was Teng Wei Yang doubling up through race leader Lester Edoc. Huang raised to 23k, Yang shoved with 75k, Edoc called, and Huang got out of the way.
