Lester Edoc was in a three-way pot that saw a flop 10♣ 7♣ A♥. Kim Taehyung checked, Edoc bet 16k, Siyoung Lee called and the Kim joined in. On the A♠ turn, it was checked all around and the river landed 3♦. Kim checked, Edoc bet 40k, Lee tank-called, and Kim folded. Edoc won it with his A♣ 10♥ full house.
We aren’t sure what happened to Seongsu Kong’s stack but when we got back from posting updates, his stack was down to 24k. Kong was one of the top movers all day. His final hand was not spectacular. He was all in with A♣ 9♠ and Chua Shan Hui had his with A♦ K♦. No hits on the board for either.
We caught a couple of beefy pots won on the river. At one table Siyoung Lee and Jose Drilon stared down 8♣ K♣ 4♦ 5♣ A♠. Lee bet 54k and Drilon called. Lee won with J♣ 9♣ flush.
At a separate table, Fu Bang Huang and Seongsu Kong were looking at A♣ 8♣ 3♠ 3♣ 9♥. Huang bet 48k and got the call. He showed A♥ 3♥ full house and Kong mucked.
Battle of the heavy hitters. Henrik Tollefsen raised to 12k, Kosei Ichinose three-bet to 37k, Tollefsen answered with a 71k four-bet, and Ichinose surrendered.
Kim Taehyung has battled against Siyoung Lee several times with both players sporting hefty stacks. Kim got the better of Lee in a couple of hands and got more in this one with a huge double up. The hand began with Lee raising to 11k, Kim three-bet to 27k, and Lee called.
On the flop 4♦ K♣ 6♦, both players checked. On the A♥ turn, checked again. Then on the 2♣ river, Lee bet 40k, Kim moved all in, and after getting a count and tanking for a while, Lee called. Kim had K♦ K♠ set. Lee mucked and Kim shipped it. He now has 230k. Lee dropped to 150k.
Victor Chong entered four consecutive pots with only the last one going his way. The first hand he defended his bb by calling Kosei Ichinose’s raise to 11k but then folded on the flop c-bet.
Next hand, while on the sb, he called Iori Yogo’s 13.5k raise and the flop ran 9♣ 3♣ 2♠. He checked, Yogo c-bet 20k, and Chong folded like previous.
On the button now, Chong called Ichinose’s raise, and the flop spread 5♦ 8♠ 9♥. Ichinose checked, Chong fired out 20.5k, Ichinose shoved, and Chong folded.
The fourth pot, Chong min-raised to 10k on the cutoff seat and Henrik Tollefsen defended on the big blind. At the flop K♠ J♥ 7♥, Tollefsen checked, Chong bet 10k, Tollefsen called. On the 10♦ turn, action was the same with Tollefsen calling a 27k bet. Then on the K♥ river, Tollefsen checked, Chong slid out a tower of yellow chips, and before the count was made, Tollefsen folded awarding Chong the pot.

Mike Takayama was running very well today, backed by a big stack well above average for most of the day despite losing some flips to a couple of short stacks. Ten spots to the money things went straight downhill for the pro. He was crippled down by Siyoung Lee when he risked it all on 6-7 with the board showing 8-9-10. Lee had the nuts, Q-J.
Down to just 4k, Takayama was all in on the next hand and managed to triple up. However, on the subsequent hand, he was all in again, this time with 14k, and was eliminated by Ken Tai Huang with J♦ J♠ over 10♦ 8♥ on a board that ran A♠ 3♥ 8♠ 3♠ J♣.
Kim Taehyung raised then snap-called Flo Campomanes’s short stack shove. Kim A♣ J♠, Campomanes K♦ Q♥. The board ran 5♣ 3♣ 8♠ 8♣ A♦.
