During the bubble round, Alok Birewar doubled up through Dang Van Hien with pocket Sixes holding against overcards however on his next shove his A Q were crushed by Huy Pham‘s 10 10 that improved to quads. At three-handed, Trung was flanked by Pham and Nang Quang Nguyen, both players heads up at an earlier high rollers event. Trung’s stack was unshakeable, sending Nguyen out in 3rd place then denied Pham a second series trophy with K J over J 10 on a board Q K 2 5 6

SIDDARTH SINGHVI wins the Deep Stack Hyper Turbo

Nguyen Van Sang was already sporting a side event trophy at an earlier high rollers event and hoped to make it two as he faced India’s Siddarth Singhvi heads up at the Deep Stack Hyper Turbo. Despite having the advantage at heads up, Singhvi persevered. On a flop 7 4 3, Nguyen jammed J 4 mid pair, Singhvi snapped with 10 7 top pair, the turn 3 and river 10 secured Singhvi the double up and Nguyen plunged to 1.5 BB. Nguyen stayed alive with back to back double ups but on the third shove, it was a victory for Singhvi with K J top pair over K 4 bottom pair on a board J 6 9 4 6
