It’s all systems go for APT Asian Series Cambodia 2014 at the recently-opened poker room in Queenco Casino and Hotel in the Cambodian beach town of Sihanoukville from July 23 to 30, 2014 later this year.

The news was confirmed by Asian Poker Tour Chief Executive Officer Jeff Mann along with partners Michael Ross, owner of Queenco Poker Room and Julian Wagner, Vice President of the Gaming Operations of Queenco Casino.

Riding on the heels of the successes of the first two APT stops this year—in Cebu last February and in Manila currently on-going this May— this year’s APT Asian Series Cambodia is expected to attract the top players from the region and the world.

Same with the other APT events, the poker festivities will stretch for eight days highlighted by the five-day main event with a $1,100 buy-in.

Twelve other side events are also on tap during the event with buy-ins going as low as $110 (Welcome to APT Event) to as high as $2,500. For full details of all the tournaments in Cambodia, visit the APT Asian Series Cambodia 2014 Event Schedule page.

This is APT’s second trip to Cambodia with the first one happening in November of 2012. 122 players participated in the main event  with Ha Duong of Vietnam netting the APT Asian Series main event title.
