APT Summer Festival Hanoi – VSOP 2022 schedule
The Mystery Bounty is currently back on the felt with 49 players remaining out of the 252 total entries. At the festival’s opening day, the guarantee was breached, amassing a prize pool of VN₫ 1,955,520,000 (~US$ 83,630). For the returning players, the first agenda is to reach the money round which begins at 26 remaining. This also signals the start of the bounty stage where every player knocked out will see the winning player draw for a mystery reward. Out of the 26 cloaked rewards are three top prizes, each one amounting to VN₫ 154,400,000 (~US$ 6,060). To emphasize the enormity of this prize, it is higher than the 3rd place payout. The Head Hunter is a two-day event with buy in of VN₫ 6,600,000 (~US$ 280). The biggest draw of this format is that for every player eliminated, the winner will immediately receive a VN₫ 2M bounty reward. At the time of posting, players were on Level 4 with six tables were running. Registration closes at the start of Level 9 or 4:25pm.
The Superstar Challenge is becoming a regular event in the APT lineup. This is the most expensive tournament of the series with buy in at VN₫ 108,000,000 (~US$ 4,610). It is also a two-day event with registration open in Day 2. Game time has been moved to 3pm. Confirmed players are Nguyen Nang Quang, Florencio Campomanes, Dao Minh Phu, and Huu Dung Nguyen.
The final trophy event is the Deep Stack Turbo which gets rolling at 3pm. Buy in is VN₫ 3,300,000 (~US$ 140). Players begin with a 10,000 stack, blinds start at 100 – 100, levels increase every 20 minutes.
For players looking to get in the Main Event at just ten percent of the buy in, the 6pm Main Event Satellite is your chance. To enter is just VN₫ 2,400,000. One player for every 10 will win a seat.
