APT Poker Room “Progressive” Bad Beat Jackpot Promotion

  1. The Bad Beat daily progressive jackpot shall apply to all tables of Texas Hold’em poker cash games only. Qualifying games include No Limit Hold’em ₱10/₱20, ₱20/₱40 ₱25/₱50, ₱50/₱100, ₱100/₱200 blinds and above.
  2. Initial seed amount of One Hundred Thousand (₱100,000) for starting the progressive Bad Beat Jackpot and progressively increasing daily at One thousand (₱1,000).  When  the Bad Beat  Jackpot is hit for 100% or if the funds in the Bad Beat Jackpot falls below Fifty Thousand (₱50,000), the seed amount will be reset to Fifty Thousand (₱50,000)
  3. Sixty percent (60%) of the Jackpot fund will be awarded at ₱10-₱20 blinds, Eighty percent (80%) at ₱20-₱40 blinds, and One Hundred percent (100%) at ₱25-₱50 games and above.
  4. In order to qualify for the Bad Beat Jackpot, a player must have Aces full of Tens or better beaten by Quads/Four (4) of a Kind or better.
  5. Both the winning and losing hand must use both of their ‘Hole’ cards to create the highest possible hand.
  6. If Aces full of Tens beaten to qualify, at least one of the cards in the losing player’s hand must be an ace. Three (3) Aces on board with players holding a pocket pair of Tens or better does not qualify for the Bad Bead Jackpot.
  7. In the case of a Straight Flush or a Royal Flush being used as a qualifying hand, both hole cards must play to make the best five-card hand possible.
  8. In the case of Quads/Four (4) of a Kind being used as a qualifying hand, the Kicker must play and Kicker can’t be counterfeited.
  9. For the Bad Beat Jackpot to qualify, the hands have to go to the river and must go to showdown. All cards must be dealt, all betting must be completed and all hands must be tabled. Only the 1st board applies if players elect to run it more than once.
  10. Both winning and losing hands must be the player’s best possible combination of five cards (only the 1st and 2nd best hands qualify)
  11. The pot must be at least twenty times the Big Blind to be eligible for the Bad Beat Jackpot.
  12. A minimum of Five (5) players must be dealt in and seated at the beginning of the hand in order to qualify for the Bad Beat Jackpot.
  13. Players not dealt in at the start of the hand will not be eligible for a percentage of the Bad Beat  Jackpot (an active player for this promotion is defined as a player who is dealt in, looked at the hand the hand, and has no miss blind button)
  14. A player who table changes/removes/cashes out his or her chips from the game before the showdown of a hand where the Bad Beat Jackpot is won forfeits his or her right to any prize money.
  15. If a player walks away from the game but leaves chips on the table and he or she was in the hand at the beginning, they will retain their rights to their share of the Bad Beat Jackpot if the Bad Beat Jackpot hand occurs.
  16. Player must play their hands independently. If any player whether directly or indirectly involved in the hand passes information or instructs another player how to act or reveals their hand to other player, the Bad Beat Jackpot will be disqualified.
  17. Any player exposing their cards before action is complete will disqualify the Bad Beat Jackpot.
  18. Any irregularities in the deck in play (improper number of cards) and the hand in play  (exposed card, burn and turn etc.) will disqualify the Bad Beat Jackpot.
  19. If there are more than (2) two hands involved in a Bad Beat Jackpot then the (2) two highest hands will be considered for the jackpot. The highest hand being the Bad Beat Hand. The others will qualify for the table share.
  20. In the rare event of a Bad Beat Jackpot being hit at different blind levels at the same time, both tables will split the jackpot that is awarded at the higher percentage. To determine a possible split: When a jackpot is hit at a particular table, all other tables will be asked to complete action and stop. During this process and if another Bad Beat Jackpot hand is hit, than it will be deemed a split. Action is determined to start when the first card has been dealt.
  21. Players are eligible to win the posted progressive Bad Beat Jackpot amount posted which is updated every day after 2:00 PM.
  22. The Bad Beat Jackpot will remain pending until it is verified by CCTV.  If the jackpot is hit again before the verification of the first jackpot, the second jackpot will be eligible for the initial reset amount of Fifty Thousand (₱50,000). If it has been found that the initial Bad Beat Jackpot hand did not qualify, the second jackpot will be entitled to the original fund once verification is complete.
  23. To collect the Bad Beat Jackpot payout, all winning players at the winning table are required to provide one valid photo ID and their APT Poker Room Membership Card and PAGCOR Pavilion Reward Card.  Players without an APT Poker Room Membership Card and PAGCOR Pavilion Reward Card will not qualify for the Bad Beat Jackpot and if one (1) of the two (2) players at showdown for the Bad Beat Jackpot are not APT Poker Room Membership Card holders and PAGCOR  Pavilion Reward Card holders  the Bad Beat Jackpot is deemed void and will not qualify as a jackpot payout.
  24. All participants must be at least 21 years of age and management may decline the acceptance of a person from receiving the jackpot if found to be a blacklisted person (e.g. self-exclusion, barred, suspended). In this case, those funds will be added to the next Jackpot Fund.
  25. Management reserves the right to verify eligibility of all qualifying hands. There will be no recourse if the cards are mucked before surveillance was able to verify the hands and the community cards. APT Poker Room management will not reconstruct the hands in any way.
  26. Any dispute or situation not covered by the official Bad Beat  Jackpot Rules will be resolved by the APT Poker Room Management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned and that the decision shall be final and without recourse.
  27. APT Poker Room reserves the right to void any hand and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time. Being a house funded promotion APT Poker Room reserves the right to pull out all funds from the Jackpot upon cancelation.
