APT Player of the Series update: Chan Lok Ming in the lead

We have reached the halfway mark of APT Taiwan 2020 at the Chinese Texas Hold’em Poker Association in Taipei City. Ten point-generating games have completed with much more lined up. Seems like a good time to update everyone on another exciting contest, the APT Player of the Series, offered at every Asian Poker Tour event.

The APT Player of the Series race awards three players with the most points accrued at the end of the series. The winner is rewarded with a treasure trove for the achievement. 

1st place: APT Player of the Series Trophy, APT Player of the Series customized Ring, Meistr watch, and US$ 800

2nd place & 3rd place: APT Player of the Series Trophy and US$ 100

Currently leading the race is Hong Kong’s Chan Lok Ming with 824.46 points. Ming has been tearing up the felt cashing in six events while shipping two of them.

Running second is Australia’s Vincent Huang who also won two events and cashed at the Main Event in 7th place. He has 611.82 points. He will need 212.64 points just to match the leader. And currently running third is Taiwan’s Chi Jen Chu with 468.64 points.
