HomeThe Asian Poker Tour is delighted to announce another edition of APT Online Series India happening from January 30 to February 6. In partnership with online platform PokerBaazi.com, the eight day series serves up a roster of 43 tournaments and over IN₹ 7 Crore in guaranteed prizes.
As always, every type of bankroll is covered with buy ins starting from as low as IN₹ 880 (~US$ 11.80) up to a max of IN₹ 55,000 (~US$ 740). Headlining the festival is the MAIN EVENT IN₹ 1 Crore guaranteed with buy in of IN₹ 11,000. In addition to cash prizes, nine players will be awarded APT Trophies and two will walk away with exclusive APT Championship Rings. While the APT always seeks to accommodate everyone, this online event is exclusive to players in India. For those fortunate to attend, here’s a rundown of what to expect.

MAIN EVENT – IN₹ 1 Crore guaranteed
The most highly revered APT tournament is none other than the Main Event. Aside from its mighty IN₹ 1 Crore guarantee, what brings everyone to the felt is its deep structure, which allows for plenty of playing time. Past winners were Rajat “happyfish” Mahajan and Subhayan “arjun100” Das.

Championship Event
Similar in structure to the main, the Championship Event is another sought after APT tournament, especially by players seeking higher stakes and smaller fields. The past two winners are well known Indian pros Manish “thekid” Lakhotia and Gaurav “gaug17” Sood. Both players are avid online players and will likely be out there gunning for a repeat.

Trophy events
Players can also capture an APT Trophy at daily featured events listed below. Buy ins range from IN₹ 3,300 (~US$ 44) to IN₹ 55,000 (~US$ 740). The biggest buy in event is the Super High Roller which runs on Friday, February 4. Highly decorated pro Abhinav “griezmann” Iyer championed the first edition and Rajat “Lungfakeer” Sharma won the second installment. For PLO fans, two high roller events are also scheduled.
