After the recently concluded RWM Satellite Series #1, the Resorts World Manila has announced that it will run more Php 500 RWM Satellite Series Mega Satellites. The satellites will now run every Friday and Saturday until March 19, 2011. Also, there will be two more Sundays added to the Mega Satellite schedule on February 6 and 20.
For every Php 5,300 in the prize pool of the Mega Satellite, a seat to the 500K Guaranteed RWM Satellite Series (which are held on Sundays – Feb 13, 27 and March 6, 13 and 20) is awarded . The 500K Guaranteed RWM Satellite Series Events have guaranteed prize pools of Php 500,000 inclusive of a seat to the APT Philippines Main Event and four seats to the 1M Guaranteed RWM Satellite Series Finale.
Building up to the 1 Million Guaranteed event, the Series Finale Mega Satellites with a buy in of Php 1,000 feature one optional re-buy and add on will be held on March 24 and 25, 2011. For every Php 10,500 collected, one seat to the RWM Satellite Series Finale will be awarded.
These will all culminate with the 1 Million Guaranteed RWM Satellite Series Finale on March 26 wherein EIGHT APT Philippines Main Event seats are included in the prize pool. In addition, for every Php 120,000 collected above the guarantee, another seat to the APT Philippines Main Event is awarded.
All RWM Satellite Series tournaments will start at 2PM on the respective dates. Players can also use their RWM Points to buy in to the 500K and 1M Guaranteed events with a ratio of 1 RWM Point = Php 1.
