Moracchini Leads APT Noumea 2017 Main Event Final Eight: Kopec and Yuto Latest Champions

After almost 18 levels of play, Andre Moracchini found himself at the top of the chip counts going into the Final Eight of the APT Noumea 2017 Main Event. The Main Event title shall remain on local soil as all eight players hail from the host country – New Caledonia.

Moracchini has been on a good run so far at the Casinos de Noumea. After he won the Head Hunter Event, he immediately jumped into Day 1A of the Main Event. Despite coming in late, he was able to climb to second in the chip counts by the end of the first day of the Main Event. He was able to hold on to second position in the chip counts until the end of Day 2. And now, he will lead the remaining eight players of the Main Event tomorrow in their quest to be named the APT Noumea 2017 Main Event Champion!
