Jinlong Hu wins the NLH Single Day #3
The NLH Single Day #3 joined the Main Event on the floor yesterday afternoon. The lone side event drew a pumping 169 entries for a prize pool of VND 983,580,000. Out of that healthy pie, 29 players earned a piece. It took quite some time for a winner to emerge and it was China’s Jinlong Hu that overcame.

At 1am, the final three players were still at it on the feature table despite a deal already met. When the chip lead switched hands from Cho Yi Pang to Huynh Van Tan, a three-way showdown took place shortly after.
This led to Pang in 3rd place with his J♦ 2♦ miss. It was finally heads up between chip leader Tan and Hu. But like Pang, the new leader wasn’t able to nail it shut. Instead, Hu doubled up and snatched the lead. Hu went on to victory with K♥ 6♦ over Q♦ 7♠ on a board that ran A♥ 5♦ 4♠ A♦ 4♥.
