Chang Yong Suk got involved in three pots that sent his stack up and then emptying out. The first hand he three-bet Keigo Fujimoto then folded to a jam. On the subsequent hand, he won a big pot against Hajime Murase. The hand opened with utg player David Erquiaga raising to 9.5k, hijack Murase three-bet to 25k, cutoff Chang four bet to 61k, Erquiaga folded while Murase flat-called. On the flop 9♦ 7♥ 8♣, Murase checked, Chang shoved with a stack that covered Murase. Murase used a time-bank then folded.

Two hands later, Chang raised from mid-position, small blind Erquiaga three-bet to 38k, Chang called, the flop ran 9♦ 6♣ 9♥. Erquiaga c-bet 15k, Chang called. On the turn 10♠, Erquiaga checked, Chang bet 44k, Erquiaga shoved, this time Chang tanked. After a minute or so, Chang called and showed A♠ A♥, Erquiaga had 8♥ 9♠ trips, the river Q♣ didn’t help Chang to bust.
Erquiaga is now the chip leader with over 820K.
