From mid position he raised to 1200 and got two callers, Khac Trung Tran and Michael Mariakis (who is back at the table from his first entry). At the flop of 4♣ 7♣ 7♥, Tran and Mariakis checked to Shern who put in a continuation bet of 2200. Tran opted to fold but Mariakis wanted to see the turn so he called. The dealer then tabled a Q♠ which Mariakis checked to again and Shern bet 6000 in return. Mariakis folded and Shern won the pot.
