With a possible big pot brewing, a 4♦ Q♠ 7♦ A♦ board saw Marcuss Liow get all his remaining 7975 chips in the middle. SJ Kim and the big blind player called. The river of 6♠ was then dealt and the bb player pushed all in, a total of 3775 chips to start off the side pot. Kim called and it was time to show cards. Kim had 9♦ 6♦ for a flush giving him the side pot against the bb’s Q♣ 4♣ two pairs, but he would lose the main pot against Liow who held J♦ 10♦ for a higher flush.
