HomeAPT Tokyo Japan Main Event champion Kannapong Thanarattrakul has fallen out of the running with Tan Tong scooping up his chips.
On a board A♦ Q♦ 5♥ 6♠ K♦, and 60k in the middle, Thanarattrakul jammed his remaining 27.5k stack sending Singaporean player Tan Tong tanking. After a couple of minutes, Tong said he had ace-queen then reluctantly made the call. Thanarattrakul turned over A♠ J♥ top pair, Tong crushed it with 8♦ 7♦ flush. He now has around 220k.
