What a cooler! Luckily we were able to catch the moment right at the shipping with Ernesto Ouano taking down a massive three-way pot. According to the players, Thinh Hoa Nguyen opened the betting round, Ouano three-bet, Lee Chin Yong four-bet sending the action back to Nguyen. The pot continued to grow with Nguyen laying out a five-bet, Ouano all in, and Yong followed right after.

The board bricked out and Ouano’s rockets won the massively brewed pot bringing him up to 740k. He has now taken over the chip leader’s status. Yong was eliminated and Nguyen fell to 160k.
Victor Chong built himself a nice wall of chips but lost a portion of it to Ha Duong. The battle between them began with Chong raising to 13k, Duong three-betting to 35k, Chong all in, and Duong risking it all.

The board ran dry and Duong doubled up to around 220k while Chong dropped to around the same amount of 220k.
Lee Chin Yong opened with a 19k raise on the button, Hisashi Ogi three-bet to 50k on the sb seat, then bb Flo Campomanes with a four-bet to 100k. Campomanes won it with both players folding up.
Lim Yo Hwan aka Boxer has already had his fair share of knockouts at the table and into the new level, he took down another, past APT champion Gerard Bringley. Action began with Bringley raising it up, Boxer three-bet to 40k, back to Bringley who tanked then shoved, and Boxer called.

Fu Bang Huang had a hot start today and even took the kingly status at one point but at the end of the previous level, we lost him somewhere. Last we know, he doubled up Hisashi Ogi yet still had a big stack in front of him.
Hiroyuki Yoshimura entered the day running third in chips but it seems, he has now jumped into the leader’s seat after winning a recent pot against Alecz Chan. The hand was kindly provided to us by Hieu Trung Le.
According to Le, Chan opened the betting and Yoshimura called. At the K-Q-9 rainbow flop, Yoshimura check-raised Chan’s 12k bet to make it 35k. Chan called. On the A turn, Yoshimura led for 45k. Chan called. On the Q river, both players checked and their cards were revealed. Chan had K-9 (two pair at the flop) but it wasn’t good enough to take the pot with Yoshimura showing A-3 higher two pair. Hieu added that Yoshimura check-raised with nothing at the flop.
Yoshimura now with over 540K.
Mike Takayama is climbing back in there. After getting chunked by Iori Yogo, he fell well below average stack. Looks like he has recovered a nice amount of chips with K-K but will need more to reach average stack. He currently sits with 160k. Average is at 210k.
Patrick Liang got cheeky with Nguyen Hoang Bach while both players stared down a flop 2♣ 5♥ K♠. Liang check-raised Nguyen’s 21k bet to make it 52k. As Nguyen tanked, Liang enjoyed extending a bit of banter. He commented to Nguyen, “if you call, I’ll see your bluff then I’ll show you the nuts”. After a few minutes, the clock was called on Nguyen by one of the players at the table. Nguyen folded and Liang showed his 9♠ 7♠ bluff.
