Fu Bang Huang picked up a very meaty pot against one of the chip leaders, Lee Chin Yong, and didn’t even have to show for it.
It began with Yong raising to 11k, and Huang calling. On the flop 9♥ 8♣ 7♦, Huang checked to the raiser who c-bet 11k. Action back to Huang, he check-raised to 31.5k, and Yong called. On the 6♣ turn, Huang checked, Yong bet 40k, and Huang called. Then on the river 3♣, Huang checked once more, Yong fired out 60k, and this time Huang tanked before calling. Yong called the clock on Huang and with ten seconds left, he tossed in the call.
Yong said “nice call” and mucked without showing. Huang mucked as well.
