Joshua Chargualaf just lost a pot to Yuta Murakami then proceeded to gain it back and more on a double up against Lester Edoc. It was all in preflop, Chargualaf K♠ J♠, Edoc A♥ Q♠, the board ran K♦ 10♦ 9♥ 3♥ 6♠ for a pair spiked by Chargualaf.
Linh Tran tried but couldn’t get his short stack to par. He shoved with 2♣ 2♠, was called by Lin Wen Hong with A♦ Q♦, the board granted Hong a queen on the turn to end Tran’s day well before the money.
Big stacks went at it on this hand. Yuanchao Li raised to 25k, Siyoung Lee called. On the flop Q♣ 2♣, Li c-bet 30k, Lee called. On the 10♦ turn another 60k sent out by Li and called by Lee. The river 3♥, no bets landed. Li showed A♣ J♦, Lee won it with Q♠ 9♠ top pair. Lee up to 976k.
Christopher Mateo is on fire and has now taken command of his table. Catching the action with a raised pot preflop brewed, the cards were 6♣ J♦ 3♦. Lim bet 25k, Mateo raised to 55k, Lim jammed, quick call by Mateo.

On the J♥ turn, same action with Arai check-calling 57k. On the 6♠ river, same again with Arai check-calling 130k. Loong showed A♦ 4♦ straight, Arai mucked. Loong up to 870k, Arai dropped to 400k.
Preflop shove by John Tech with J♠ J♥ was called by big stacked Kong Seung Su 8♠ 8♦. Despite being ahead, it all changed on the board 2♠ 8♥ 2♦ 4♦ 3♥. Tech eliminated, Kong fattened to 940k with his set.

Decorated APT champion Gyeong Byeong Lee raised to 18k, got called by Hiroshi Matsumoto and John Tech. On the flop 2♥ 4♦ 3♥, Lee led for 35k, called by Matsumoto. On the 8♠ turn, Lee checked, Matsumoto bet 40k, this was enough to win it with Lee folding. Lee down to 220k, Matsumoto rose to 290k.
Couple of hands after, Lee jammed and got no callers to claim the blinds and antes.
