Kong Seung Su entered the day running third-in-chips and has been seesawing a bit. We caught a couple of hands that saw him drop to 690k then storm to 900k. The first hand was up against Gyeong Byeong Lee who raised to 25k, Kong called and bb Inaki Santos. On the flop 8♣ 5♥ 7♠, checked to Kong who fired 55k, Santos folded, Lee called. On the turn 10♦ and river A♠, no bets by either player and Lee won it with J♠ J♣, Kong mucked. Lee rose to 510k.
Next hand, a flop 10♦ 3♦ Q♥ and 85k in the middle, Kong overbet 120k, Paul Hockin called. On the turn 10♥ no bets. On the river 7♠, Kong bet 133k, Hockin folded. Hockin down to 180k.
Ori Mendi has had renewed life and is now at 870k. On the first level of the day Mendi doubled up with aces against Tang Tian’s kings. From there it was up and up. He was moved to a separate table where he continued to chip up, and now sent Mark Vanderburg packing. The hand saw Mendi raise to 28k, Vanderburg jammed 285k, called by Mendi.

Lester Edoc said the only way he won a hand was when players folded to him. Kicking off the new level, he was all in with K♦ 6♣ on a board Q♦ 6♠ 2♠ but Vincent Chauve had better 6♦ 6♥ set. The turn Q♠ gave Chauve a full house and railed Edoc who even hit a flush on the river 10♠.

Loong checked, Peters shoved, Loong folded while saying to Peters “you got it on the river”.
