William Ysmael soars as Hajime Nakagawa exits

William Ysmael took down a huge heads up against Hajime Nakagawa and soared to 423k in chips. It was all in preflop with Nakagawa with A-K and Ysmael with K-K. The board bricked and Nakagawa left the scene.


Marcel McGray still in it!

Marcel McGray was happy at the turnout of this hand announcing “still in it” after winning the hand. He went all in with 74k left and was snap-called by James Joon Won Lee.

The board ran a draamatic 2 Q 3 Q 4 for a straight on the river for McGray.


Kosei Ichinose picks up a sizable pot

Kosei Ichinose initiated the action with a 11k raise and got called by both blinds Marcel McGray and Koji Asaka. At the flop Q Q A, everyone checked for a free turn of 5. McGray checked, Asaka bet 18k, Ichinose smoth-called. On the K river, Asaka slowed to a check, Ichinose slid his remaining 54k in the middle. Asaka folded.


Anton Del Rosario doubles up through Andre Moracchini

Anton Del Rosario was in need of a double up with his ailing stack and found the opportune moment in a hand against one of the chip leaders Andre Moracchini. The hand began with a raise by Del Rosario to 19k and was called by Moracchini.

At the flop of 5 7 8, Del Rosario was quickly all in for 74k which was not much for Moracchini to call. He did and the cards were flipped open.

The turn 10 A? completed the board and a double up to Del Rosario. He climbed to 200k.

On the next hands however, Del Rosario lost some of those chips and went back down to around 100k.


No callers for Taro Kimura

Level: 15 Blinds: 2500-5000 Ante: 500

Heavy preflop action saw Nakajima Shigenori raise to 12k, Anthony Abram called, then Taro Kimura three-bet to 40k. No callers came and he scooped the pot.

The next hand, Abram raised to 12k, Kimura three-bet to 35k, and once again he scooped it with no call.


William Ysmael on the rise, wins two shoves

At table 2, the first hand of the new level saw William Ysmael three-bet all in on top of Neil Raine’s 12k raise. Raine folded.

On the subsequent hand, Shyh Chyn Lim raised to 12k and Ysmael called on the button. At the flop J 3 9, Lim bet 16k and Ysmael called. On the A turn, Lim fired out 39k and Ysmael moved all in. Lim called.

The river 3 secured the win for Ysmael for a double up to 256k.


Koji Asaka doubled up by Marcel McGray

Back from the break and quickly we see shoves at both tables. At table 1, Koji Asaka three-bet Marcel McGray’s 21k raise. McGray called for the showdown.

The board ran 3 3 Q 9 7 for a double up to Asaka. He now has around 240k while McGray falls to around 94k.

We are at the last break of the day, there are 16 players remaining. The current leader is Neil Raine with nearly 600k. Coming in second rank is Nakajima Shigenori with 467k and Andre Moracchini in third with 457k.

Honda Yuichi was all in with K K and Kosei Ichinose with A Q. The board ran 3 6 9 K 9 for a double up to Yuichi to around 130k. Ichinose down to 90k.
