Hung Sheng Lin is the new APT Main Event champion!

Hung Sheng Lin has done it! He dominated the heads up round against Evgeny Kurilenko climbing to nearly 80% of the chips in play before closing it out. The final hand saw Lin push all in with J♠ 8♠ and Kurilenko called with A♥ J♦. The board ran 9♠ K♣ J♥ 8♥ 7♣ for two pair and the title.

Lin captured the HKD 587,000 first place purse, the APT Championship Trophy, and the exclusive APT Championship Ring.

For runner-up Evgeny Kurilenko, he earned the HKD 391,200 prize money.
