We are down to 19 players which means we are hand for hand. Immediately, short stacked Wang Bin decided to go ahead and gamble it all in with K♦ 5♠ on a flop of 2♥ 10♣ 8♠. Michael Soyza called with Q♦ 8♣ top pair. Luckily for Wang, the turn 5♣ and river K♣ landed him two pair for a double up.
Vinod Megalmani had a crazy run yesterday trying to stay in contention and while he was successful, today was alot different. He moved all in on the first hand of the day at his table and got called by Dang Van Hien.
Megalmani A♦ J♦
Dang J♠ J♣
The board bricked and Megalmani busted out.
There are three tables running with 20 players in total.
Table 9: Kilian Loeffler raised to 21k and Saul Oliver called. The flop ran 8♥ A♠ 6♦, Loeffler checked, Oliver bet 15k, and was called. On the turn 10♥ action was the same with Oliver betting but this time Loeffler folded.
Table 25: Massive leader Choong Kian Weng raised to 19k, Wu Kui Song three-bet to 50k, and Weng called. At the flop of 6♣ 3♣ 9♥, Weng checked, Song bet 45k, then got check-raised to 100k. Song folded and Weng picked up more chips to boost his stack up past 900k.
