At the flop J♥ Q♦ 3♦, no bets landed, but on the 10♣ turn, Guo bet 23k and Chan check-called. On the river 5♦, Chan switched up and led out for 45k sending Guo tanking for a very long time. The clock was finally called on the pro and he opted to fold.
Daniel Tang has may have stolen the chip lead from Sai Ho Philip Chiu after he won four pots against him. The first one was a battle of the blinds. On a board 10♥ 9♥ A♠ Q♠, sb Chiu bet 22k and Tang called. On the river 10♣, Chiu checked, Tang fired out 93k, and Chiu gave up his stake on the pot.
On the next hand, action folded to Chiu on the button, he raised to 18k. Small blind Tan three-bet to 60k, and Chiu folded.
A couple of hands after, Tang claimed a splashier pot that initially saw five players in the hand. From utg, Victor Chong raised to 18k, Chiu, Tang, Jin Tian, and bb Gabriel Carter called. On the flop 10♠ 5♥[5d}, everyone checked. On the 4♦ turn, action was checked to Chiu who bet 37k, called only by Tang. On the Q♠ river, both checked and Tang won with 7♦ 7♥.
One more pickup for Tang, he three-bet Chiu’s 18k raise to 56k and won it with Chiu folding up.
