With 3♣ K♦ 9♠ A♠, Ha Duong moved all in with his remaining 5400 chips and Dong Kim easily called him. At the showdown Kim had A♥ 3♥ for top pair against Ha Duong’s Q♠ 10♠ for a gut shot straight draw and a flush draw. Luckily for Duong, the river saved him from elimination when it landed a J♦ for a dominating win with a straight. He happily doubled up.
Catching the action on fourth street, A♠ 10♣ Q♠ Q♥, Euryd Rivera laid out 2500 in chips only to get raised to 5000 by Michael Falcon. Rivera smooth-called the raise and they went to see the river card of 9♣. Initiating the action again, Rivera bet 5000, but Falcon didn’t take the bait and folded. Rivera showed his Q♦ for trips.
With a board showing Q♦ 10♥ 9♦, Jun Funabashi bet 650 into a preflop raised pot but his opponent on the cutoff seat got aggressive and moved all in for his 5250 chips. Funabashi wasted no time thinking, he snap-called and it was a showdown.

With the turn of 6♥ and river of 2♣, Funabashi’s top pair held up and was shipped all the chips in the middle.
On a board showing 5♥ J♦ 8♣ K♣ and a possible big pot brewing in the middle, Roger Spets raised the big blind player’s bet from 1050 to 3075. Not long after, the bb player shoved his healthy 14K chip stack but Spets was not going anywhere, instead he matched it up. Spets showed A♦ J♣ for mid pair against his opponent’s 7♣ 9♣ gut shot straight-flush draw. With the river landing 3♠, Spets won the hefty pot and sent one to the rail.
From mid position, Jeffrey Cruz raised to 300 and was called by 4 players. At the flop of 5♦ 6♥ 10♠, action was checked to him wherein he slid 1200 into the pot. Acting next, was the cutoff player who smooth-called while everyone else folded. At the turn of 7♠, Cruz bet 1200 again but got raised double to 2400 by his opponent. Cruz called and both went to see the river of 3♥. Backing down a bit, Cruz decided to check to his opponent who announced he was all in. After tanking, the Cruz called and happily won the pot with his A♣ 10♣ top pair top kicker versus his opponent’s 10♥ 8♥. With that, Cruz sent a player packing.
In a hand we only caught on the river, Rebel Magdagasang and Huseung Lee were looking down on a board showing J♥ 7♦ Q♦ 5♣ A♠. Magdagasang checked his option to Lee who added 3850 to the growing pot. In an instance, Magdagasang shoved, and Lee snap-called. Both players showed K-10 for a split pot.
From utg position, Michael Falcon limp-called a raise by the cutoff seat. At the flop of Q♥ J♠ A♠, Falcon check-called the cutoff’s follow up bet of 650. With a 5♥ landing on the turn, action slowed with both players checking. Then on the river of 5♠, Falcon changed it up and bet 1200. The cutoff player made the call and quickly mucked when Falcon showed his A♣ 9♠.
Starting the action with a pretty big raise by the cutoff man to 500, he found action in three players including Rebel Magdagasang on the big blind. At the flop of Q♣ J♦ 6♠, everyone checked quietly to each other. At the turn of 3♥, Magdagasang decided to act early and bet out 3500. As before, no one seemed to want the pot and Magdagasang took it down as everyone folded.
Action at the felt began with the utg player raising it up to 175 which was called by 4 players including Jose Drilon at the hijack seat. At the flop of 5♥ 5♠ 4♠, utg followed it up with a 425 bet that was good enough to get everyone to fold except for Drilon. At the turn of 4♦, utg sent out 625 but when Drilon raised it up to 2625, utg did not take any time to think, instead quickly folded giving Drilon the pot.
