Drilon’s Shove Scares Two

On the flop 4♠ 5♣ 7♣, the Philippines’ Jose Drilon opened for 1,200 and got two callers including compatriot Johnson Tan.

Both Drilon and Tan checked the turn 4♥ and the CO player bet 2,500. Tan called but Drilon wanted more and shoved his final 14,300. The raiser folded, Tan did the same to give Drilon the nice pot and back to around the starting stack for Day 1.
