The last starting day stayed true to tradition as it pulled in the largest crowd of all the entry heats. 181 powered in. At the end of scheduled play, 75 remained with Sim Qi Ren amassing a monster pile of 213,300. This was equivalent to nine starting stacks. Sim will enter Day 2 as overall chip leader.
Also bagging up a hefty 149,600 was Sumit Sapra to put him second rank overall. To round out the top three was Alex Wei Xiang Lee with 124,200.
