The High Rollers event also finished off last night with Japan’s Hajime Iwakura reigning victorious over a tough field. Although there were only 12 players registered, he had to fend off well-met pros including fellow countrymen Azusa Maeda and Tetsuya Tsuchikawa to claim the P582,000 first place purse.

At 10pm tonight the Crowning of the APT Player of the Year 2015 will take place. UK’s Sam Razavi, the triple crown APT POY champion from 2012-2014, may just be claiming his fourth in a row. Coming into the APT Finale, Razavi was running first in the rankings and has extended his lead further from second-ranked Japan’s Iori Yogo after cashing in three point-generating side events. There is also a close race for third place with Filipino pro John Tech leading against Norway’s Kai Paulsen. Today’s events will determine who will be claiming those APT POY 2015 big prizes.

Have a fantastic final day and congratulations to all the winners!
