HomeThe inaugural APT Vietnam has just kicked off here at the Ho Tram Resort Casino. This much-awaited event is quite historic as it marks the first time an international poker festival has ever been held in Vietnam. And it certainly is well overdue. Through the years, Vietnam has produced some of the finest poker players in the world, and from what we’ve been told, two of those pros, namely, Nam Le and JC Tran, have confirmed their attendance through WGM news and will now have the opportunity to play on their home soil.
Today’s schedule begins with Event 1: Welcome to APT Vietnam No Limit Holdem at 1pm, followed by a Main Event Mega Satellite at 3pm, then Event 2: Ante-Up for Charity Hyper-Turbo at 5pm. To cap off the day, there will be an evening cocktail party to celebrate the commencement of the 8-day festivities. Check out the complete event schedule.
