Championships Event Day 2 ends with Yuanchao Li leading the 51 survivors

CHAMPIONSHIPS EVENT Day 2 of APT Philippines 2019 saw the return of 147 players out of the 275 entries of the starting flights. With registration open for one more level, another 41 ponied up the P82,500 buy-in. This brought the overall total entries to 316 to set a new tour record and prize pool of P22,989,000 (~USD442,700).

At the end of the scheduled 8 rounds, 50 remained which meant ITM of 32 places wasn’t reached. Bagging up the chip lead was China’s Yuanchao Li with an enormous stack of 874k.
