Asian Poker Tour announces schedule for APT Taiwan 2022
More than TWD 10M in guaranteed prize pools

MANILA, PHILIPPINES, August 30, 2022 – The Asian Poker Tour (APT) is thrilled to announce the schedule for APT Taiwan 2022, which will take place at the Chinese Texas Hold’em Poker Club (CTP Club) from September 23 to October 5.

The 12-day series will run from September 23 to 25 at the CTP Club Taichung and from September 27 to October 5 at the CTP Club Taipei. It includes 23 events and will feature the TWD 33,000 (~USD 1,000) buy-in Main Event, which comes with a TWD 6M (~USD 198,000) prize pool guarantee.

Overall, APT Taiwan will offer more than TWD 10M* (~USD 330,000) in guaranteed prize money – including added value via the APT Player of the Series.

HIGHLIGHTS

• APT Taichung Championships (NT$ 1M Guaranteed): September 23-25 – NT$ 5,000
• Mystery Bounty (NT$ 2M Guaranteed): September 27-28 – NT$ 16,500
• Main Event (NT$ 6M Guaranteed): September 29-October 4 – NT$ 33,000
• Monster Stack (NT$ 2M Guaranteed): October 4-5 – NT$ 16,500

*If travel restrictions are still imposed on September 9, Taipei buy-ins and guarantees will be reduced by 50%.
