HomeThe Asian Poker Tour (APT) is pleased to announce it has sealed an exclusive partnership with LUK Poker Club and Pearl Island Poker Tour (PIPT) to host events at the Corona Casino until the end of 2024.
The inaugural APT Phu Quoc Vietnam that took place from April 8th to 17th at the Corona Casino has seen significant numbers with a total of 1,182 entries and a festival prize pool of VND 14,135,050,000 (~US$ 617,200).

According to Mr. Lloyd Fontillas, APT General Manager, and Executive Tournament Director, “We have always wanted a beach destination to add to the roster of events for the year, and we finally found the perfect place! Phu Quoc has so much to offer to the players and is absolutely beautiful. Even though we are happy with the numbers for the inaugural event, we as a team will work hard to really improve the experience for the next one.”

The gaming space features a VIP area and the private Sky Casino on the 8th floor of the five-star resort. All totaled, there are approximately 1,000 slots and 100 gaming tables for Roulette, Baccarat, Black Jack, Poker, and Sic Bo. The casino offers multiple food and drink options, as well as adult and family entertainment.
Gaming at Corona Casino
Opened in January 2019, the Corona Resort & Casino’s over 200,000 sq ft of gaming space features some 1,000 electronic gaming machines. The mass floor has 30 tables while the main floor has a 125-seat multi-game stadium, with a 16 meter by 4-meter screen comprised of 12 component screens that can show separate items or a single program. The hall can be set up with 50 poker tables for big tournaments.
