After a five week postponement, APT Korea 2021 is back on track with the final games of “The Real” Hold’em Tournament running from September 9 to 12. This weekend will be quite significant as it will see the crowning of the tour’s first Korea Main Event champion of the year. In partnership with IT’S Holdings, this is also the first ever local event held by the Asian Poker Tour in the country. Due to crowd capacity restrictions, the festival guarantee has been lowered to KR₩ 471,000,000 (~US$ 403,000) across six events.The MAIN EVENT – KR₩ 230 Million GTD (~US$ 196,760) gets underway today with 144 players returning for Day 2 out of 540 entries. Prize pool and payouts to be announced shortly.
