All Aboard for Asian Poker Tour India Main Event

The Main Event of the Asian Poker Tour India 2012 kicks off today on board the Casino Carnival at 4pm. This is a historic event for poker in India as it is the first time the APT will introduce its main brand of tournaments with higher buy ins which have been done successfully in the Philippines and Macau…

“This event shows that the level of poker in India is on the rise and the APT is proud to be part of it,” said APT Tournament Manager Jason Morris during the opening ceremonies.

Another update on the event is the rescheduling of the INR 300,000 PokerAce High Rollers event to Saturday, December 8th at 5pm due to insistent player demand.
