‘Wacky Waki’ as he is affectionately known in poker tournament circles is always a welcomed addition to any tournament, especially APT events throughout Asia where he is a regular participant and has the results to prove that he is not just a personality at the tables! At APT Philippines 2011, Waki was part of the winning trio, JPL in the Battle of the Teams event, bagged the champion’s trophy of the 6 Handed event at APT Philippines 2010, and came in 2nd at the Charity Event of APT Asian Series Cebu 2011 along with placing in the money at two events during APT Macau 2010.
The APT is looking forward to welcoming back Waki once again to the next APT event: the Asian Series Manila this August 17 at resorts World Manila.
今、ポーカートーナメント界で”風変わりなWaki”と親しみを込めて呼ばれる日本人プレイヤーが、注目を浴びている。Waki氏は、アジアで開催される APTイベントを初めとする様々なトーナメントで上位入賞の常連プレイヤーである。最近の入賞歴としては、APTフィリピン2011のバトル・オブ・ザ・チームでの優勝、APTフィリピン2010の6ハンデッドでチャンピオントロフィーの獲得が挙げられる。さらにAPTアジアンシリーズ・セブ2011のチャリティーイベントでは2位を勝ち取り、APTマカオ2010においては2つのイベントで賞金を獲得するなど、輝かしい戦歴を誇っている。
