We caught the action with the cards 3♦ 6♣ K♠ 8♦ already boarded. Le bet 3,500 but SJ Kim replied with a re-raise. Le went all-in and his tournament life is again at risk.
Le had pocket threes but was up against Kim’s pocket sixes!
No quads on the river 8♠ for Le and he gets eliminated for the 2nd time in 2 days.

Allan Le did dodge any bullet and he doubles up to around 13,000.
UTG player opened to 625 and Sameer Rattonsey responded with a raise to 1,350. Big blind player SJ Kim presses the action and re-raised to 3,300. Ratonsey’s three-bet shove made things even more interesting and Kim made the call.

Rattonsey’s savior did not come on the flop 8♠ 9♦ 3♦, turn 5♠ or river 7♦ and he gets busted out of the main event. Kim climbs to over 30,000 after this hand.
One player opened the betting at 1,000 preflop and James Hoeppner went over the top and shoved. Small blind folds and then the big blind (Choi Byung Koo) makes the call. The original raiser got out of the way and we have a showdown with Hoeppner at risk:

No kings or jacks on the flop 4♣ 9♠ 5♠, turn 9♥ or river 4♦ and James survives to double up to around 20,000.
Joe Hachem was betting on every street on this one against one opponent: 1,025 on the flop A♥ 6♦ 10♣, 1,750 on the turn 6♥ and 1,750 on the river 6♣.
Lucky for his opponent who had A♦ 2♦ and gets the split pot with Hachem who had A♣ 8♥

From the middle position, Brian Lovett opened with a 600-bet and saw Adam Monaghan raise it to 1,500 from the hi-jack. Button and big blind called but Lovett wanted more and re-popped to 2,500. Monaghan responded by moving all in for his final 13,525. Lovett called and we have a showdown:
