From hijack, Pham Huy Hoang raised to 2500, big stacked Nguyen Quang Huy called from cutoff, then button player named “Victor” three-bet to 8500. Action back to Pham who four-bet to 15.5k, Nguyen got out of the way, and a fast shove by Victor. No hesitation as well for Pham who called and showed Q Q. Victor had A K. The board ran 8 J 3 5 7 for a double up to Pham to 77K. Victor dropped to 18K.


WSOP champion Alex Lindop doubles up

WSOP bracelet champion Alex Lindop is in the house. He is also a decorated APT champion having won the 2019 Vietnam Ho Chi Minh Super High Rollers event. Lindop is one of the day’s new entries. “James Bond” rails Yoichi Uesugi

Anonymous Vietnamese player nicknamed “James Bond” cleaned out Yoichi Uesugi with Q Q dominating J J throughout. Bond now has 50K.

Welcome to Day 2 of the APT Vietnam Hanoi Loyal 2022 – MAIN EVENT! The festival headliner kicked off with three starting days running from June 9 to 11. It drew a combined 390 total entries to more than crush the advertised VN₫ 5 Billion guarantee. With buy in at VN₫ 22,000,000, the pot has now pushed over VN₫ 7 Billion. Players can still sign up during the first two hours of Day 2. Cards in the air at 12 noon. Registration closes at exactly 210pm.
