Vincent Huang cripples Wenling Gao

Wenling Gao lost another chunk of chips, this time it was to Vincent Huang. Huang raised to 6500, Gao three-bet from the small blind to 15k, called by Huang. On the flop 10 A K, Gao led for 15k, called by Huang. On the 4 turn, all in by Gao, inst-call by Huang. Gao Q 5, Huang Q J, Gao was drawing dead. The river was Q. Huang shipped 233k, Gao down to 38k.


Justin Chan shaves a sizable chunk off Wenling Gao

Wenling Gao has been the chip leader at table 25 for sometime but not anymore. Gao lost a chunk to Justin Chan. We caught the action at the turn betting Q 9 Q 9 on the board with around 70k already brewed. Gao led for 35k, called by Chan. On the river 8, Gao checked, Chan shoved, quick fold from Gao. Chan rose to 210k.


Cooler doubles up Dieter Pospischul

Dieter Pospischul was on his second shove, the first was uncalled but the second was. He faced off against Alan Lau. Pospischul had A A, Lau K K. The board bricked for a clean double up to Pospischul. He now has around 70k.


Lim Yohwan vs Philip Wang

Checking in on table 4, Lim Yohwan was up against Philip Wang. The board was 8 8 8 3 5, 24k already in the middle, Yohwan bet 13k, Wang called. Yohwan won it with 7 7 full house.


Huang Fang Hao rivers Wang Chin Yao

After a raise war preflop, Huang Fang Hao called Wang Chin Yao’s shove. Huang 6 6, Yao Q Q, the board ran A 2 3 10 6 for a river bad beat. Yao busted. Huang up to 200k.


Ting Tawei doubles up through Chou Chien Fa

Ting Tawei shaved some chips off the big stack at table 8, Chou Chien Fa. Ting raised to 8k, Chou three-bet 37.5k, Ting called for his tournament life.
