It seemed like it was gonna be a three way all in but Paul Cohan, who has been having quite an up and down swing all day, faced Terence Lai and Si Yang’s all in. Cohan had them covered but opted to fold.
Lai: A♦ A♠
Yang: J♣ J♦
With the board running J♥ 8♠ 3♠ Q♥ K♠, Lai’s aces were cracked and his chips dwindled to only 20,500.
On the very next hand, Lai moved all in, Yang made it 50K to go, but bb player Hyunshik Yun increased it further to make it 95K. Assessing his stack, Yang opted to surrender his hand and it was heads up between Lai and Yun.
Lai: 8♠ 6♠
Yun: Q♦ Q♣
The board ran blanks K♠ 8♣ 9♣ 9♠ 3♥ and Yun won the pot while Lai left the scene.
